Obituary of Beth L. Holbrook

Beth L. Holbrook, 44, of 303 West fifth St Jamestown, died unexpectedly Monday (March 1, 2010) in her home. She was born November 28, 1965 in Jamestown the daughter of Susan Parker Mistretta and the late William Wilson. Beth was a 1983 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 1985 graduate of Jamestown Community College, receiving her degree in Criminal Justice. Surviving besides her mother of Jamestown are, three children, Jory Holbrook, Dallas Holbrook, and Colin Holbrook; a grandson, Kevin J. Brown, all of Dunkirk; and a brother, Gordon (Debbi) Wilson of Mokena, Ill. Beth will be sadly missed by her dog, Teddy, and all her friends at the High Rise. She was preceded in death by her father on May 9, 2005; and a brother, John E. Wilson on May 15, 2009. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Thursday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
