Hotchkiss III, MD and wife Nahid, MA, Ph.D. of Colorado; Jackiette (Hotchkiss) and Gary Hicks of Frewsburg, NY; Cindy Johnson and Royal Johnson of North Carolina; and Christina (Swanson) and Philip O'Brien of Kennedy, NY.
