Obituary of Noreen A. Healy

Noreen A. Healy, 85, formerly of Bemus Point, died Sunday December 4, 2016, in Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Buffalo, she was born December 24, 1930, a daughter of the late James and Anna Dwyer Healy, Sr. She graduated from Clarence High School, Clarence, NY In her early years she was employed by Your Host Restaurant near the University at Buffalo as manager. She later worked for Colonial Whip and Evan's Skateland in Jamestown as a cook. After moving to Chautauqua she was a member of Fluvanna Community Church, Curves and the YMCA. She volunteered her time as a Girl Scout leader in earlier years. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she loved spending time with her family. Surviving are five daughters Debra (Brian) Ceci of Jamestown, Kathleen (the late Jamie) Spitale of Jamestown, Cherie (Grant) Wickham of Louisville, KY, Christy Elicker of Warren, PA and Ellen Trummer of Jamestown; seven grandchildren Mark Ceci, Alissa (Craig) Robbins, Andria, Leslie and Ben Wickham and Kurt and Kiera Elicker; six great grandchildren Jack and Dominick Robbins and Arianna, Jayden, Shayla and Shaniya Wickham and a sister Patricia (Harold) Hutchinson, Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Trummer; second husband Clyde Brauer; a brother James Healy, Jr and a sister Eleanor Bukowski. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Fluvanna Community Church. Rev. Dayle F. Keefer will officiate. Inurnment will be in Bemus Point Cemetery. Friends will be received in Fellowship Hall of the church following the service Tuesday.
