Obituary of Justine A. DeMarco

Justine A. DeMarco, 87, of 104 Hallock St. Jamestown, passed away at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2017, in the Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of Joseph J. DeMarco whom she married April 26, 1952 and who died July 20, 2002. A lifelong area resident, she was born January 7, 1930 in Jamestown, NY a daughter of the late Frank and Philomina Cuifolo Raeon. She was a 1948 graduate of Jamestown High School and before her retirement was employed as a Secretary for the Chautauqua County Office of the Aging, where she worked for 20 years. Justine was a member of the Red Hat Society a member of the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club Auxiliary for over 50 years. Surviving are a son, Marc (Janet) DeMarco of Rochester, NY, two grandchildren; Nicholas (Nina) DeMarco of Lockport, NY, Megan DeMarco of Hilton, NY, two great grandchildren; Dominic and Celia DeMarco of Lockport and a brother; Floyd Raeon of Ft. Myers, FL. A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced by her family. Visitation will not be observed.
