Obituary of Patricia M. Cobb

Patricia M. Cobb, 75, of 3352 Old Fluvanna Road, died Saturday December 9, 2017, in UPMC Hamot. She was born September 14, 1942, in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Francis "Bud" and Doris Munson Mullen. She was a 1960 graduate of Bemus Point High School. She was a former communicant of Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Church. While raising her children she was very involved in the PTA of Maple Grove Central School and as a den mother and scout leader of the Fluvanna Troop Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. She was also a member of the Kinzua Valley Region Antique Automobile Association. Surviving are her husband, Bruce Cobb, whom she married May 15, 1965; two sons Steven (Rosavelt Terry) Cobb of Jamestown and Jeffrey Cobb of Amherst, NY and a brother Peter Mullen of Jamestown. She was an avid gardener of vegetables and flowers and enjoyed sharing the harvest with her family. She loved hosting family holidays and birthdays and was always ready to make anyone who entered her house feel like a special guest. Every year she canned, made sauces, jellies and jams. She found great joy connecting and spending time with her godchildren, nieces and nephews. For 33 years Pat was a friend of Bill W. And was dedicated to the principles of recovery, assisting many people on the same path. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Rev. Luke F.
