Obituary of Jerry R. Hall

Jerry R. Hall, 83, of 179 Robbin Hill Road, Frewsburg, and Bluffton, SC, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018 at his home in Frewsburg. He was born September 28, 1934 in Peoria, IL, a son of the late Joseph W. and Roxie Edwards Hall, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Very involved in the construction industry, Jerry had been owner of Lakewood Construction & Supply and later owned New Penn Golf Carts. He was also a co-owner, with friends, of JRJ. He loved hunting and fishing and looked forward to time at his camp in Northern Ontario. He spent summers in Frewsburg and winters at his home in Hilton Head, SC. Jerry was an avid golfer and member of Moonbrook Country Club and the Colleton River Plantation in South Carolina. He was a member of the Masons, Shriners, Frewsburg American Legion, Lakewood Rod & Gun Club, as well as the Moose, Eagles and the Elks. He is survived by his wife, Linda Ecklof Hall, whom he married May 11, 1985; four children: Sandy (Tony) Baggiano of Augusta, GA, Robert Hall of Florida, Randy Hall of Steamburg, NY and Bruce Hall of Myrtle Beach, SC; three grandchildren: Julia Baggiano, Matt Baggiano and Allison Chitester; two great-grandchildren: Bella and Kason Baggiano; a brother, Frank "Dean" Hall of Florida; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, five brothers and a grandson, Justin Hall. A Celebration of Jerry's Life will be held at a later date.
