Obituary of Gavin Keith Sensanbaugher

Gavin Keith Sensanbaugher, 7, of Lakewood, finished his mission here on earth on April 9, 2001. He has returned to his Heavenly Father to love with them again and start his mission on the other side. He was born April 22, 2003 in Safford, AZ. He had an amazing testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was a wonderful little boy that won the hearts of so many people. He loved playing soccer, basketball and anything outside. He also loved playing video games, Legos and trains with his brothers and friends. He loved to read and loved to learn. One of his greatest joys was going to school. He was a second grader at Southwestern Elementary. He was active in Cub Scouts Pack 177. Those of his family remaining behind as he move on are his father and mother Ken and Julie; his twin brothers Joshua and Caleb; grandparents Ray and Sylvia Sensanbaugher and Del and Pat Morris; his cousins David, Jennifer and Kevin Hanken, Steven and Bryce Mulkern, Joseph Sensanbaugher, Rebecca, Andrew and Abby Morris and his many aunts, uncles, great aunts and great uncles. He will truly be missed, but through dying he was able to share his love of life and help others live through his organ donation. We would like to thank the wonderful doctors, nurses, pastoral and social services at WCA Hospital Emergency Department and Buffalo Women and Children's Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit who did all they could, but in the end could not stop God's Will. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 851 Forest Avenue, Jamestown. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service Friday in the church. In Lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Ronald McDonald House in Buffalo, WCA Hospital Emergency Department, Buffalo Women and Children's Hospital PICU or Upstate New York Transplant Services.
