Obituary of Thomas V. Valimont

Thomas V. Valimont, 78 of Jamestown passed away on Sunday January 20, 2019 in his home. He was born July 19, 1940 in Keewaydin, PA, the son of the late Lloyd and Julia Drobnak Valimont. Tom was a graduate of Clearfield High School and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Penn State University. Prior to his retirement he was an accountant at Philadelphia Hospital and previously worked at Ship and Shore in Philadelphia. Tom did extensive traveling and was an avid deer hunter in the mountains of western PA. Surviving are his brother James Valimont of Wilmington, Delaware, three sisters, Agnes who is a Sister in the Order of Saint Clare at Chesterfield, New Jersey, Regina Kline of Landenberg, PA, and Dorothy Seek of Gray, Tennessee as well as a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Frenchville, PA with interment at the Keewaydin cemetery in Keewaydin, PA.
