Obituary of Lou Ann Griffin

Lou Ann Griffin, 63, of 60 Main Street, Randolph, died Friday August 14, 2020, in Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing. She was born April 30, 1957, in Silver Creek, a daughter of the late Donald and Elaine Remington Danielson. She had been employed by Holiday Valley in the maintenance department. She was a lifelong member of Jamestown Church of the Nazarene, where she worked in the nursery. She loved family get-togethers, watching Hallmark Channel and putting jigsaw puzzles together. Surviving are her husband Patrick Griffin, whom she married December 31, 1979; four children Edwin (Jeannie) Pierce of Orange, TX, Allan Pierce of Kirbyville, TX, Luke (Amy) Griffin of Randolph and Vanessa (Raurk) Beverly of Port Richie, FL. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren Chelsey, Jared, Caira, Jacob, Chantalle, Destiny, Donavon, Chance, Cheyenne, Chris, Cierra and Cameron; two great grandchildren Oaklynn and Easton; five sisters Jackie (Gary) Lawson of Jamestown, Donna (Bob) Frederick of Celoron, Barb (Jim) Boscarino of Celoron, Janet Lippert of Jamestown and Bonnie Danielson of Jamestown and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter in law Tiffany Pierce. A public walk through visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Lind Funeral Home. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care, 20 W.
