Obituary of Robin A. Phelps

Robin A. Phelps, 44, of 125 Glenwood Avenue, died Tuesday October 5, 2021, in Warren General Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. She graduated from Jamestown High School and later from Jamestown Business College with honors. She was employed by The Connection as a supervisor. She earlier had worked for Dr. Burke as an office worker and by Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing as a certified nurse assistant for 10 years. During her illness she enjoyed crocheting and assembling jigsaw puzzles. Surviving are her mother and stepfather Janet and David Ryan of Jamestown; a daughter Brittany (Mark) Germer of Corry, PA; two grandchildren Stella Runiewicz and Everleigh Germer; five sisters Jennifer (James) Decker of Jamestown, Jessica Woods of Cassadaga, Kathleen Phelps of Cattaraugus, Deborah Phelps of Cassadaga, and Anne Phelps of Sherman and two brothers Lincoln Phelps of Pascagoula, MS and Isaac Phelps of Celoron.
