Obituary of Madeline E. Russo LaTone

Madeline E. Russo LaTone, 76, of Jamestown, NY, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, in UPMC Chautauqua. A lifelong area resident, she was born November 2, 1945, in Jamestown, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sara Abadessa Russo. For many years she had worked as a baker for several area businesses including, Tops Market, the former Bells Supermarket and in earlier years worked for the former Grants Department Store. Madeline enjoyed cooking, baking, and was very interested in keeping up with modern technology. She was also a lover of animals especially her dogs. Surviving is a daughter, Michelle LaTone of Jamestown, a granddaughter, Nicole Armentrout of Falconer, NY, her sister, Toni DeAngelo of Stow, NY, and her two nieces, Natalie Pinney of Wakefield, MA and Joanna Kanarr of Bluffton, SC. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Russo, and her pet cat "Angel" A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed.
