Obituary of Shaun B. Carson

Shaun B. Carson, Jr., 61, of Sinclairville, passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2022, in his home. He was born January 12, 1961, a son of the late Shaun Carson, Sr., and Carol Leone Carson. He attended Jamestown High School and worked hard all his life. He had been employed at the Town Club, Stateside Motors, where he worked with his father-in-law Everett Maydwell and his brother Tony, Irr Supply, Keywell, Jamestown Advance Products and was currently at R. E. Michel. Shaun spent his time quietly, but was passionate about his family, his wife, sons, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He enjoyed hunting every year with his brothers and in earlier years enjoyed camping with his sons and nephews and their children. He loved working on cars. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Linda Maydwell Carson, whom he married November 28, 1980; sons Kyle (Shawna McCallum) Carson and Daniel (Christi) Carson; grandchildren Abigail McCallum, Carter Carson, Calvin Carson, and twins due in June; a great granddaughter Aaliyah Chadwick and three brothers Chris Carson, Loren (Sandy) Carson and Anthony (Michelle) Carson. Papa loved his grandkids unconditionally and will be missed by all. The funeral will be held at 5 PM Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home followed by a dinner at Park United Methodist Church in Sinclairville. Burial will be in Allen Cemetery.
