He was very close to his mother Janet and enjoyed playing Cribbage and fishing with his father Dick. He was an avid swimmer who was fearless when diving off the peers at Barcelona Beach. He completed work for countless families over the years and was a member of and helped to build the Park Church at 29 Sinclairville Drive in Sinclairville, NY. He alsoand helped to place the cross on the Ashville United Methodist Church at 2180 S. Maple Avenue in Ashville, NY. Once retired, he enjoyed spending time watching movies and caring for his numerous plants and two birds. When he loved, he loved deeply and spending time with his children and grandchildren was what he enjoyed the most. Rick is survived by his children: Tammy Pearson Drayer of Warren, PA, Ricki Pearson, Patricia Pearson, Richard Pearson, Jr., all of Jamestown, NY, and Janet Pearson and Jenny Burnet, both of Sinclairville, NY; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
