Obituary of Stephen P. Raynor Jr.

Stephen P. Raynor, Jr., 60, of Panama, died Thursday April 27, 2023, in UPMC Chautauqua. He was born June 12, 1962, in Jamestown, a son of Stephen Raynor, Sr and Gay Conklin Raynor Ostrander. He had been employed as a cab driver by various companies including Golden Cab. In addition, he was a talented artist known for his portrait paintings and tattoos. He was the recipient of an award for his tattoo work through the Spaulding Tattoo Company. He was a member of the Young Marines, CB Club, Ham Radio Club and the National Rifle Association. As a history buff, he enjoyed participating in Civil War reenactments. He enjoyed building model airplanes and loved his pets. Surviving is his mother and stepfather Gay and Larry Ostrander of Zephyrhills, FL; father and stepmother Stephen and Wendie Raynor, Sr.; three children Stephen (Cassondra) Raynor III of Wichita, KS, Dustin (Andrea) Raynor of Jamestown and Brittany (Jeremy) Raynor of Kennedy; nine grandchildren and siblings Kenneth Raynor of Jamestown and Bobbie Jo Saeli of Jamestown.
