Obituary of Donna Jordan

Donna B. Jordan, 79, of Hultquist Place, died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in her home. She was born July 27, 1935 in Athens OH, a daughter of the late Floyd and Georgia Chandler Bollia. Donna was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School in Ohio and later graduated from Flower School of Nursing in Toledo, OH. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by WCA Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Her favorite assignment was working in Labor and Delivery. Donna enjoyed gardening, crocheting and her strawberry and snow baby collections. She loved spending time with family and friends and wintering in Florida. Surviving are her husband Ramon "Hap" Jordan, whom she married on August 24, 1957 in Wauseon, OH; three sons Tom and wife Jane Jordan of Milwaukie, OR, Al and wife Becky Jordan of Rochester, NY and Rick and wife Karen of Lancaster, PA; seven granddaughters, Lynsey, Kelsie, Rachel, Britt, Alix, Victoria and Jasmine; one great-granddaughter, Brooke and three sisters. No funeral service will be observed; however, the family will be present to receive friends from 2-4 pm, Saturday, April 11, 2015 in the Lind Funeral Home.
