Obituary of Robert K. Bundy

Robert K. "Bob" Bundy Jr., 74, of Jamestown, passed away peacefully Friday June 5, 2015 in his home. He was born July 29, 1940 in Buffalo, NY the son of the late Robert K. and Margaret Hawkins Bundy Sr. Bob was a truck driver most of his life. Prior to retirement in 2002, he worked part time at Carrier Coach. Bob lived for his early morning coffee at Fisher's and the dream of hitting it big on scratch offs. He also adored his dogs, Ming and Coco. Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Beth DeLong Bundy whom he married September 18, 1965; a daughter, Jill (Chris) Allenson of Jamestown; three sons, Todd (Cindy) Bundy of San Antonio, TX; Timothy (MaryJo) Bundy of Sherman; Jamie (Jennifer) Bundy of Lakewood; three grandchildren, Tyler and Nick Allenson; Jessica (Nick) Vangel; one great granddaughter, Emily Vangel; and four sisters. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
