Obituary of Audrey E. Reynolds

Audrey E. Reynolds, 81, of Greenhurst Village, died Thursday January 7, 2016, surrounded by her family in the home of her daughter in Frewsburg. A native of Mt. Kisco, NY, she was born August 25, 1934, a daughter of the late Luther and Doris Meleen Warner. She was a graduate of Celoron High School. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Willcare as a home care aide. She earlier had worked for MRC and Cummins. She was an avid golfer and bowler and had volunteered at WCA Hospital for many years. Surviving are four children Rick (Kathy) Reynolds of Sinclairville, Allen (Lori) Reynolds of Jamestown, Scott (Vicki) Reynolds of Clymer and Joyce Reynolds of Frewsburg with whom she made her home; ten grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Reynolds, whom she married in 1953 and who died in 2004; a grandson J. C. Matteson and two sisters Barbara Warner and Joyce Russell. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Marian Hartley will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice Chautauqua County, 20 W.
