Obituary of Patricia A. Lewandowski

Patricia A. Lewandowski, 78, of Greenhurst, passed away unexpectedly on December 10, 2023, at UPMC Chautauqua. She was born November 13, 1945, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late John and Clare Moore. Patricia was a 1964 graduate of Frewsburg High School. Before her retirement she worked at Castle Bridal Boutique in Lakewood and most notably at Bigelow's in the accounting department for over 20 years. She was a member of Wheeler Hill United Methodist for many years. Patricia was an animal lover, especially her dogs Falisha, Buddy, Hershey, and Coco. She enjoyed making things out of plastic canvas, playing spider solitaire, and doing crossword puzzles. She would often knit and crochet scarves and hats for patience at the hospital. Surviving is her husband of 41 years Francis Lewandowski whom she married June 18, 1982; her daughter Lydia (Eric) Eaton of Cherry Creek; three sisters: Carol Becker, Valorie (Jack) Brunco, Debbie Illig; brother Gregory Moore; many nieces and nephews, and her dog Coco. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Joe Illig and brother-in-law Mike Becker. Per Patricia's wishes there will be no visitation of funeral at this time.
