Obituary of James R. Rowley

James R. "Jimmy" Rowley, 53, formerly of Jamestown, died Saturday October 6, 2012 in the Buffalo Veterans Administration Hospital. He was born December 31, 1958 in Jamestown the son of the late William and Margaret DeFrisco Rowley Sr. Jimmy was a graduate of Jamestown High School and served in the US Army from 1977 to 1979. Surviving are a son, James R. Rowley Jr. of Conewango Valley, NY; a brother, William H. Rowley Jr., a sister, Sandra Hoch, both of Jamestown; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The funeral service with Military Honors will be held at 7 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Soldiers Circle at Lake View Cemetery.
