Obituary of Ruth Torbjornsen

Ruth Torbjornsen, 86, formerly of Memory Garden, 560 Fairmount Ave. W.E., passed away at 4:30 a.m. Thursday (December 20, 2012) in the Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born May 19, 1926 in Erwin, TN a daughter of the late James A. and Atlass Phillips Jones. Surviving is a son Thomas M. (Phyllis) Torbjornsen of Jamestown, three sisters, Louise, Hope and Esther as well as a brother Fred. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Martin Torbjornsen. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will not be observed. Memorials may be made to the Al-Anon Club, 511 East Second St. Jamestown, NY 14701
