Obituary of Phyllis M. Golden

Phyllis M. Golden, 76, of 409 Hebner Street, died Monday February 3, 2014, in Heritage Village Rehab and Skilled Nursing. A native of Warren, PA, she was born November 27, 1937, a daughter of the late Ralph and Minnie Cummings Mason. She was a 1955 graduate of Warren Area High School. She had been employed by Present Company as a jewelry salesperson and earlier had worked for The Resource Center, New Process and Murphy's. She enjoyed reading and knitting. Surviving are her husband Ronald Golden, whom she married August 16, 1986; two children Lori (Ray) Hebner of Panama and Eugene (Pamela) Mulligan of Johnsburg, NY; four grandchildren Nicholas Mulligan of Rutland, VT, Kyle (Amber) Mulligan of Johnsburg, NY, Dustin (Brandie) Hebner of Greenhurst and Jamie Hebner (Michael Mohney) of Ashville; six great grandchildren; a sister Doris Sadler of Warren and a step daughter Tonya Carr of North East, Besides her parents she was preceded in death by an infant brother Ralph Mason. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Dayle F. Keefer will officiate. Burial will be in Busti Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
