Obituary of Allene L. Boardman

Allene L. Anderson Boardman, 79, of Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing, died Saturday February 22, 2014, in WCA Hospital. She was born February 23, 1934, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late John and Ebba Carlson Anderson. Prior to her retirement she was employed as an office worker by Ethan Allen for over 27 years. She earlier had worked for Crescent Tool Company starting in 1952. Surviving is a daughter Debra Boardman of Jamestown; three nephews Robert, Roger and Steve Anderson and their spouses; a niece Tammy Anderson and Allene's longtime friend Ina Anderson. The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald A. Haglund will officiate. Burial will be in Bentley Cemetery, Lakewood.
