Obituary of Paul J. Daniels

Paul J. "Stogie" Daniels, 52, of 35 Hazzard St., died unexpectedly Thursday (December 11, 2014) in WCA Hospital. He was the husband of Darlene Eaton Daniels, whom he married August 2, 2001. Paul was born in Jamestown April 24, 1962, a son of the late Michael and Virginia Privitera Daniels, and was a graduate of Jamestown High School. In earlier years, he had worked at The Humidor while it was owned by his late parents. He was then employed by The Resource Center and later, as a truck driver for Mason Recycling and Brigiotta's Farmland Produce & Garden Center. He also enjoyed doing lighting and sound for local performing bands. Paul will be remembered for his big heart and as someone who loved everyone. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Jeffery M. (Arlene) Daniels of Sinclairville, NY, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home, led by Paul's cousin, Joe Privitera. Friends will be received for two hours prior to the service, from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
