Obituary of Dorothy Haight M. Brown

Dorothy Marie Haight Brown, 87, of 832 Blue Ridge Rd. Clarington, Pa., passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 in Highland View Nursing Home, Brockway, Pa. She was born July 16, 1927 in Jamestown, the daughter of the late Eugene and Eliza Meyers Haight. She worked at G. C. Murphy in Jamestown for many years and will be remembered as an animal lover. Dorothy is survived by her niece, Dawn Haight; a nephew, Robbie Haight; a great niece, Danielle (Jim) Edmond;6 great-nieces and nephews; and Dawn's fiancé Richard Veltri and his son Mitch Veltri. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Brown, whom passed away July 5, 1988; a brother, Duane Haight; and a nephew, Richard Haight. In keeping with Dorothy's wishes no service or visitation will be observed. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
