Obituary of Joshua A. Hatfield

Joshua A. Hatfield, 30, of 81 Highland Ave., died unexpectedly Monday, January 19, 2015 in his home. He was born June 29, 1984 in Jamestown, the son of Mark and Cathy Hatfield. Josh had been employed by Truck Lite and later by Cummins Engine. Josh loved his children and any time spent with them. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, board games and bowling. In addition to his parents of Jamestown, surviving are his wife, Jessica Silsby Hatfield, whom he married October 12, 2013; three children, Haylee Silsby, Micheal Hatfield and Jordan Hatfield; a sister, Susan (Brian) Pugh of Jamestown; several aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as nieces and nephews including Rose and Brandon Hatfield. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Healing Word Ministries Church of God. Bishop Leecroft Clarke will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Healing Word Ministries, 1006 W. Third St., Jamestown, NY 14701.
