Obituary of Rita D. Perry

Rita D. Perry, 86, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange, Ohio. She was the widow of Harold T. Perry whom she married July 2, 1949 and who died September 10, 2009. Rita was born in Nanticoke, PA on August 2, 1928, the daughter of the late Robert and Helen Hubbell Faux. She had been employed by Westinghouse in Elizabeth, NJ and in Jamestown, by National Worsted Mills and Galati's Restaurant. She enjoyed music, movies and time with family. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Linda Burke (Edward) of LaGrange, OH; granddaughter Susan Nielsen of Akron, OH; two sisters-in-law, Mary Henning (James) of Erie, PA and Angeline Perry of Arden, NC; brother-in-law Angelo LaPlaca (Jane) of San Jose, CA; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Walter and Joseph Faux; and two sisters, Helen Kwiatkowski and Ruth Bobbin. The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 21st in the Lind Funeral Home. Visitation will not be observed. Burial will be in Fentonville Cemetery.
