Obituary of Evelyn P. Fiore

Evelyn P. Fiore, 86, of 213 Weeks Street, died Saturday May 27, 2017, in Kinzua Healthcare and Rehab Center. A native of Jamestown, she was born November 10, 1930, a daughter of the late Rudolph and Esther Nelson Lindstrom. She was a 1949 graduate of Jamestown High School. She was a member of Thule Lodge and the VFW Auxiliary. Surviving are two children Mark (Marge) Fiore and Denise (Donald) Fiore-Hatch both of Jamestown and two grandsons Kyle and Kellen Fiore both of Jamestown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Philip Fiore, whom she married October 3, 1953 and who died November 13, 1995 and a sister Viola Daner. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home. Rev. Cathy Smith will officiate. Inurnment will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701.
