Obituary of Michael Conrad O'Steen

Michael Conrad O'Steen, infant son of Thomas O'Steen IV and Samantha Wilson, died Tuesday December 25, 2018, in Oishei Children's Hospital, Buffalo. He was born December 5, 2018, in Jamestown and diagnosed with Smith Lemli Opitz Syndrome. Surviving besides his parents are grandparents Ken and Tracy Wilson, Jennifer Phelps and Ron Fish all of Jamestown and Thomas O'Steen III of Erie, PA; great grandparents Tina Phelps, Michael McKoon, Cheryl Monaco, Eric Ortolano and Linda Wilson all of Jamestown; great great grandmother Hope Klinger and aunts and uncles Gavin, Ryan, Ronnie, Jasmin, Skye, Kolby and Kelly. He was preceded in death by great grandfathers David Wilson and John Phelps and a cousin Aceyn Wallace. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home.
