Obituary of Christopher A. Freeman

Christopher A. Freeman, 22, of Jamestown, passed away October 3, 2023, at UPMC Chautauqua surrounded by his family. He was born April 17, 2001, in Corry, PA, a son of Raymond Freeman III and Lori Brightman. Chris will be remembered as a loving son who loved watching sports and NASCAR with his siblings. Besides his parents he is survived by his step father Seth Brightman; his six siblings: Zach (Maddie) Szyplik of Gerry, NY, Timothy (Zaria) Marsh of Warren, PA, Kenneth (Andrea) Brightman of Westfield, NY, Rebecca Freeman of Olean, NY, Ian Brightman of Jamestown, and Brendon Brightman of Jamestown; grandparents: Kenneth (Maxine) Brightman of Jamestown, Raymond (Louise) Freeman of Sherman, NY, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents. A celebration of life will be held on October 9, 2023, at the Lind Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Friends will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. two hours prior to the service at the Funeral home.
