Obituary of JoAnn Villarreal

JoAnn Villarreal, 77, formerly of 358 E. Elmwood Avenue, Falconer, died Sunday March 17, 2024, in Heritage Green Rehab and Skilled Nursing. She was born May 29, 1946, in Jamestown, a daughter of the late Frank Brooks and Vera Bollman. She attended Jamestown Public School and for many years was employed by the former Fenton Park Nursing Home. JoAnn enjoyed crocheting. Surviving are two daughters Karen (Craig) Greiner of Falconer and Audrey (Joe) Privitera of Lugoff, SC; five grandchildren Christina (Ernie) Green, Michael (Penny) Privitera of Colorado, Matthew Swanson of Florida, Lacy Mason of South Carolina and Jami Swanson of Louisiana; several great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews and siblings Priscilla Lowery of Frewsburg, Richard Bollman of Jamestown and Carol Johnson of Jamestown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by siblings Kathy Dietzel, David Brooks and Susan Erickson. In keeping with JoAnn's wishes no funeral service or visitation will be observed.
